Typical dropper for a 1oz. bottle is 1ml, a dropper for a 4oz is about 1-1/4 ml. A 1oz bottle is about 30 ml. 1ml is about 30 drops. 1tsp is about 5ml. We recommend starting out with 30-60 ml daily (1-2 droppers full )
