Due to the consumable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. In some instances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We may request photos or additional information to properly evaluate your claim.

To be eligible for consideration, items must be purchased directly from TexasLoneStarMoringa.com. Products that are excessively used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
